Service and maintenance of Emergency Lighting systems - It is a legal requirement that your emergency lighting system is in a "fit for purpose" state, maintained in accordance with the relative British standard.
The standard states that emergency lighting systems must be checked (by end user) monthly for correct operation, this is just a quick "flick" lasting no more than 5 minutes. If however you are not able to meet this requirement (due to operational priorities) we do offer a monthly test service
Nursecall Systems - For Care homes, Dementia Units...
There is currently no standard for the service or maintenance of nursecall systems, but if you encounter problems we are able to fault find, install, re-site, add room monitoring devices, door monitors and re-program most nursecall systems such as (non inclusive): Quantec, Intercall, ARM, Medicare, Eclipse....
Power Supply Units -Replacement of failed PSU's, Upgrades, links
Door retaining systems - this can be achieve in a variety of methods including, retaining magnets or electromagnetic door closers
Door Access - design and install a wide range of access systems from proximity card readers to keypads, with either electro magnetic retaining or electro magnetic latches which can be dis-engaged upon activation of fire alarm
Weekly and monthly tests - for landlords with multiple tenants
Passive Fire Protection - Intumescent strip,
